It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack error

So following a n asty hack on my site, I have now decided to try and cut down my 32 previous plugins and try and get Jetpack to do a load of them. So far so good except a few functions dont show like related posts. I went into the debug section and got greeted with the above error. Now I am no expert in code at all and this is what I get and for the life of me I cannot figure out whats what. Could someone shine some light on this for me?
