Not saving contacts to CC

Hello,

Forgive me if I’ve made a simple error, but I have successfully installed and linked to my CC account.

I have also set it up to link to the proper feed in CC, and to have an opt-in condition when a box is checked.

The form works as usual, no errors, yet nothing shows up in my CC list.

Is there a log to check what might be going wrong?
