[08-Jun-2016 18:15:09 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: [form id] in */wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-subscription-forms/activecampaign.php on line 63

Only happens when the css is turned off and but we have to use the onsite stylesheet. I know its only a notice but this is the only error for the site what we have in the logs.

    2nd:
Each and every time when we move the site from the test location to the live environment we it happens that the tracking is broken. It would be nice to have a function to temporary turn off the tracking js, because as far as we see the issue is with that the activecampaign server kicks out the client if its trying to access the account from 2 different ips with the same url and key.

Great plugin really made our life easy!

    Thanks
    David

    Hey,

The notice also appears on a clean wp install.

We had done that for 2 times (the last one was yesterday).
The problem was always solved without any adjustment on the site.

    all the best.
    David
