Parent Categories in Link Categories?

  • Im trying to make a Parent Categories in the Link Categories but it doesnt give me the option to creat a new Link Category under another categorie,

    Ex.

    Links:

    Travels (Parent Categories)
    Category 1
    Category 2

    Pictures (Parent Categories)
    Category 1
    Category 2

    Anyone knows how to do it?
