Sidebar Widget Username and Channel name not appearing

    The reason you are not seeing the user is because you have selected to hide the created by user. UnCheck the box that says “Hide created by User”

    If you leave this check box empty it will show the user, if you select it, it will not show it.

    Yes, the hide user is selected which does not display the “Via [NAME]”, however the “By” name should appear but it does not. See https://goo.gl/eAH9VJ

    Hi Bharat,
    The way the text is presented on the cover page is – By ‘Username’ via ‘Channel Name’

    You have selected hide username thus ‘By Username’ is currently hidden and the cover just displays ‘via BharatKaravadra’

    As you can see here in the link the via name is now appearing.

    Yes, that is correct. The appearance is OK on post embeds, however please see my first post, as I was referring to the display of the sidebar widget where the word “By” appears but no name, such as here:
