    i’ve looked at that article, tried all the tips therein, still having the same problem. tried phillip d’s suggestion, changed to php 5 (as evidenced in the settings posted above)…

    what else?

    there’s got to be a way to do this without adjusting the resolution. the whole point of installing this plugin in the first place was to not have to adjust the resolution. am i mistaken in my understanding that i shouldn’t have to do that?

    No, if you can’t increase the memory limit, you must lower the resolution

    how do i increase the memory limit? is there a step noted somewhere that’s not in the above linked article?

    No, it’s a server setting (php.ini) request this by your web hoster

    if you say so. i just don’t get how, if i’ve tried everything in your above-linked article and various user comments, run the script successfully, why this doesn’t work as it should.

    Please ask your Web hoster if you are allowed to change the php.ini
