Nothing happens when users submit contact form

Hi, I am new fairly new in WordPress.
We are currently having an issue wherein nothing happens when users fill-out the contact form on our site (https://www.capacitorindustries.com/contact-us/). It seems the page is just being refreshed when users hit the “Submit” button. No success message being displayed and no email being sent.
There are fields that are required to be completed (marked with asterisks) but when users try to skip those and just hit “Submit”, the same thing happens and the page just simply refresh itself.
This is not an issue if an admin (someone logged-in on WordPress) send the contact form. I tried it myself (as admin) and the form functions normally. The success message was displayed afterwards and we received the notification email.
Anyone has fix for this? Advance thanks!
