Sticky header

    Refur is a wonderful theme however i would like to make its header menu sticky so that the users won’t have to scroll up for navigation.
    Sticky header would make it an awesome theme.

    You can add sticky functionality to header area through gist. Please create child theme to add this functionality in header area before the head tag end.

    I am not sure how to use the gist.

    First create child theme and then copy header.php from parent theme to child theme. After add the code from gist to header before </head> tag.
