cannot manage my widgets

  • I have been working with widgets on my blog, making changes. On the blog itself, the sidebar and widgets show up fine, but when I go to Designs/Widgets, I get this message:

    No Sidebars Defined

    You are seeing this message because the theme you are currently using isn’t widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change. For information on making your theme widget-aware, please follow these instructions.

    The only thing I did was change the google adsense code to my adsense account. I can’t figure it out, any ideas?
