Creating A eWallet System With WordPress

Hi Guys

I need to create a membership site with a wallet system. When members login they will have basic dashboard with their wallet balance and transaction history. Admin will allocate funds and credit whenever the members buys something on the site. In simple terms a small bank account system.

Can this be done using wordpress? Or is there a plugin that does this?
