Featured Images Missing in Individual Posts

Hi

I’ve recently installed a new Genesis theme called the Daily Dish pro from Studiopress. However, none of my featured images are showing on individual blog posts.

I’ve gone through all the settings and they still won’t appear.

I don’t want to edit the code as I don’t know what I’m doing and would prefer not to the app Display Featured Image for Genesis as it doesn’t look professional.

Does anyone know how to resolve it?
