Test email that I'm receiving is totally wrong

Please help me figure out what it is that I am doing wrong. The test email that I am receiving is completely blank. I know I’m missing an easy fix, I just can’t tell what it is. I’m guessing it has to do with how the “message body” is setup in the ‘Mail’ tab. Please advise, it’s driving me nuts.
