How to add header/banner in Picnic theme

  • I’m trying to add a header or banner to the summer picnic theme. I went into the style sheet but I’m not sure where to put the new image. I want the watermelons to stay there but I would like to ad a banner where the word Lets Eat is now.. How do I do that?

    The instructions are not that clear. Any clues??

    you have a couple choices. the easiest way to do it would be to just take that watermelon image in an image editor and add whatever more for graphics you want right into the picture.

    if you dont want to do that, you have to go into your header.php file, find where the <h1> tag is, and replace it with your image. but doing it that way, you will need to mess with it a bit to get the positioning right.

    the first way is probably the best, that way you are only loading one image, thats always nice.
