When I click on an image in my gallery, the lightbox image opens. At the bottom right, there is an X to close out, but superimposed over it is the text “Close”. When I click on it, it closes the lightbox image. However, if I open another lightbox image and click X/Close, it will not close. The only way out of it is to leave the site. It seems to work the first time but never the second time. I have the most current version of NextGen. (Actually, I tried it once again, and this time, it wouldn’t close the first time I tried it.)

@lynnmorgan – There appears to be an issue in a JavaScript on your site (bg.js), my first thought is once that is resolved you will find any other JavaScript related issues (such as the Lightbox issue) might also be sorted out.

    Thanks!

Thank you. However, I have no idea how to go about resolving a JavaScript issue. Can you recommend a resource to help me with that?

@lynnmorgan – Sorting out a specific JavaScript error generally will require reviewing the script itself and how it is failing, my first suggestion would be to contact the author that supplied the script … in your case I believe it will be the theme author.
