Live Preview Customiser not saving

Hi Guys hopefully someone that nip this one in the bud.

I starting having issues with wordpress customizer on my site where it will not save content changes. I will make a change to a menu add or remove and when i click save and publish it will not change over to save. However if i add or remove a widget it will. Seems if i add an image to the header of the page it will not save either.

So troubleshooting so far, tryied reinstalling wordpress from their updates page.
THen i tried disabling all my plugins
Then i switched to the twenty sixteen updated theme and still same issue.
I then logged into my cpanel and repaired then optimized my tables in phpMyAdmin.

website is srwhitingbrothers.com i have been online chat with my webhost trying to sort it out but they aren’t being very useless.

I thought it could of been some caching plugin on my hosts server so i logged into cpanel and it had one in there so i have disabled it for the time being with no change in results.

Somebody please help.
