• Hi
I’ve bought a premium theme, which contains some extra options using Redux Framework plugin.
I’ve translated all the strings from default.po file, renamed it to es_ES.po, compiled with Poedit, etc.
I don’t know why there are still some strings related to Redux Framework that are not shown translated, because in .po files they are already translated.

    Please look the following image:

If I change directly the config.php file, the translation shows. Is there a way to debug in theme’s code where is it trying to get the string from?.

Theme’s author wants to charge me additional u$s 50 for troubleshooting this problem.

    Thanks a lot.

BTW, never buy a theme from nicdarkthemes.com

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, there is very little we can to help here. You need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.

I’m not looking for support on that commercial theme.

Maybe I didn’t explain well, english is not my primary lang.

I’m looking for someone to tell me how to debug the translations so I can fix it by myself and then correct the translated strings not showing where they should.

Thanks again and sorry for confusion

We do not have access to any commercial themes so we really have no idea why you are having problems with some strings. Perhaps they were not correctly encoded for translation. The developer of the theme might know, so try asking him/her.
