Allow Graphics to be Embedded into Page/Post Titles

Because of the way parsing for permalinks work, there’s currently no easy way to embed graphics code instead of text into a page or post’s title box.
It would be fantastic to allow for this feature, since it would allow for custom headlines in whatever size, color, font, etc. the creator desires.
