We’re using a shortcode to display a form that was created some time ago, ie. [ninja_forms id=10]

The form displays OK on the front end, but it does not exist in the Forms listing on the dashboard, or in the dropdown menu when choosing a form on the submissions page.

It’s possible to still get to the form by manually adding the form ID in the url, for example:

    admin.php?page=ninja-forms&tab=form_settings&form_id=10

by doing this I can still see and edit the form, but it doesnt show in any of the NinjaForms pages or dropdown menus. Submitting to the form still works, but there is no way to see the submissions unless you manually enter the Form ID in the URL.

  • I got same problem after last update. There are new tables like nf_objects and nf_objects_meta and it looks like old (exists) forms data didn’t migrate to new tables.

Also for me doesnt work the submittion (email sending), it says “submitted” but no emails received. Before update it has worked fine.

I am also having the same problem. Please let me know if any solution found.
