Code: 404 – Not sandbox user=

  • Hi!
    The instagram feed on all my webpages are no more visible. I have Instagram Feed Pro.
    This message shows up when i try to provide the access token again:

    {“code”: 403, “error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}

    … How fo fix??
    Very important, i have many pages up with this plugin and really need to get this fix fast!

    Hey trollheimendesign,

    We’re not allowed to support the Pro version of the plugin on these forums as they’re reserved for free WordPress plugins only. However, if you visit the support section of our website then you’ll find some information about a known issue with the plugin since Instagram updated their API and how to update the plugin to fix it.

    If you’re still having a problem after updating the plugin then just submit a support ticket on that page and someone will get back to you.
