Calendars/Staff Schedules

Hi

I am working on a clients site and I have been given a pretty tough challenge to resolve.

• They want to use there wordpress site to schedule staff with clients.
• The staff and client will be able to logon and view what appointments they have scheduled and with who.
• They don’t want other staff or clients to see what others have scheduled.
• The appointments are at the clients homes, they want to have access to something like Google Maps to show where the appointment is.

Does anyone know of any plugins that will allow me to do this, I am not bothered if it is premium or free.

Any help would be appreciated.
