    It sounds like there is some sort of javascript error with your theme, or with another plugin loading some js on the pages where it shouldn’t.

    What theme are you currently running? Additionally, what plugins do you have installed?

    You can check for a javascript error using the following steps:
    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis

    You can temporarily switch themes to test, or deactivate all other plugins to test. Once confirmed, and you know which plugin or theme it is you can reactivate all of them. Helping us narrow it down to a single plugin or theme will certainly help us pin point what bit of code is causing an issue.
