    Hi secretrivers,

That is strange. Only one zone can be matched / used at checkout, so I’m not sure what is happening there. If you change the cost of the 12,90 zone, does it directly effect the Germany shipping cost?

Let’s rule out the possibility of a theme or plugin conflict. Temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to a default theme. Then test again to see if the same error happens. More info on this here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-debug-issues-after-updates

If you enable debug mode, WooCommerce will also let you know what zone is being matched on the cart page.

    Hey Caleb,

Thanks for your reply. So far nothing worked of the proposed solution.
I found a workaround: I just deduct 12,90 from each flatrate in order to offer the right costs.
Not perfect, but acceptable for now!

In your screenshot I saw “other regions”, just out of interest did any of these countries overlap? The first match should be presented to the user.

In settings, 2.6.1, I added a new notice to show which zone matched the user. You can enable this in WC > System Status > tools, enable shipping debug mode. Can you see what is matching?

    Hey Mike,

What you mean is the preset “rest of the world”, right?
I had removed all the shipping zones expect this one, as it can’t be removed and it still added the 12,90.

I activated the debug mode. Where can I see the matches?

whoops, found where I can see it…
But still, all the zones match accordingly. Due to the workaround mentioned before prices are right.
Perhaps I am the only one with this issue.

So to get this right, the zones are matching, but the rates are not matching what is in your zone?
