"File does not exist" after site transfer

Hi. I’ve changed my hoster, so transfer blog with all files and db dump to another server. In the plugin settings I changed “Download Path:” and set new path, where files exist now.
But every time I click “download”, I have error: “File does not exist”.
What may be wrong? Is there another place I must change the filedirectory path?
