Internal Server Error

  • hey guys i am encountered a problem where i cant access my website. site gives me a this error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    After looking at the Error Logs on my website control panel I found this

    1464713180:/hermes/bosnaweb08a/b2428/ipg.adhunikengineeringwo/ssv3_payload_extractor-TxHyfhoJyS.php startup

    i have no clue what to do in order to fix it thanks in advance

  • You need to contact your hosts about this. It’s nothing to do with WordPress.

    are you sure? thanks for your reply.but i have a another point same hosting running a wordpress site. if there are hosting problem how run another word press site in same hosting
