Search and Cart Icons showing in random places

  • After updating to wordpress 4.5.2 I noticed the Search and Cart icons showing up under my product category list and as bullets in my footer. I already have a search and cart icon below the footer so why is it showing up in other places? I have contacted Woocommerce and they said it is a theme issue.
    How do I fix this? Here is my site URL: 3gupppy.com. Thanks

    Ok updated to WP 4.5.3 and the search icon (manifying glass) disappeared now just the cart icon and dollar amount are showing after every menu created. How do I hide the cart icons and dollar amount on the home page?
