    So recently we have received a message from the plugin that our instagram token is no longer valid. When going into the backend of the plugin and trying to follow the instructions by pressing the login to access token button, here is the message that displays:

    code: 403,
    error_type: “OAuthForbiddenException”,
    error_message: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”
    }

    Not sure what to do here. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

    Hey Kevin,

    If you update to the latest version (1.4.6) and then obtain a new access token, you should be able to get back up and running. If that isn’t the case, could you send me a link to the page your feed is on?

    Thanks Craig I actually did it right before you responded. My client’s site is not showing alerts for plugin updates which is why I missed it. Thanks for such a quick response.
