    Hi,

    It’s a conflict with your WordPress template’s styles. Add following custom CSS to the custom CSS option in IgniteUp options page.

    .btn-group-vertical>.btn-group:after, .btn-group-vertical>.btn-group:before, .btn-toolbar:after, .btn-toolbar:before, .clearfix:after, .clearfix:before, .container-fluid:after, .container-fluid:before, .container:after, .container:before, .dl-horizontal dd:after, .dl-horizontal dd:before, .form-horizontal .form-group:after, .form-horizontal .form-group:before, .modal-footer:after, .modal-footer:before, .nav:after, .nav:before, .navbar-collapse:after, .navbar-collapse:before, .navbar-header:after, .navbar-header:before, .navbar:after, .navbar:before, .pager:after, .pager:before, .panel-body:after, .panel-body:before, .row:after, .row:before{display:none !important;}

    It will fix your issue.

    Thanks!

    Thanks. I’m still having issues with the image.
    The email address bar and submit button is slightly below the actual form container it looks like.
    Also, when I change the screen size to a mobile size, the image doesn’t show in the behind the form as if the form is transparent, but only above and below the form.

    What should I edit in the code to fix this?

    @ceylonsystems I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
