It’s a conflict with your WordPress template’s styles. Add following custom CSS to the custom CSS option in IgniteUp options page.

It will fix your issue.

Thanks. I’m still having issues with the image.
The email address bar and submit button is slightly below the actual form container it looks like.
Also, when I change the screen size to a mobile size, the image doesn’t show in the behind the form as if the form is transparent, but only above and below the form.

What should I edit in the code to fix this?

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything.
