Reviews Not Populating Once Account is Linked

  • Hi,

    Using current versions of WP and plugin.
    Have reviews widget active in Yotpo.com account.

    Added the template tag to page template, as we are using custom tabs for products, but the reviews do not appear. However, when it’s set to be a tab on the side of the window, the reviews appear.

    Client was using Shopify prior and is transitioning, do we have to setup a new store or something in Yotpo for the reviews to start populating?
