• Having an issue with the formatting of my posts being ignored/stripped and the post being displayed a just a block of text. I read through a few threads here that cover similar issues but haven’t been able to find an answer for my problem.

The site is located at https://www.intothegnar.com

The text should various types of formatting (bold, italics, etc.). I’ve tried using the visual editor and also disabling the visual editor and hand-writing the markup. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
resetting the plugins folder by FTP.
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
    increasing memory available for php.

Your theme is a premium theme, so better ask this question to the developer/seller of this theme.

Thanks for the quick replies! It’s definitely tied to this specific theme, formatting displayed correctly when I switched back to the default theme. I put in a Q with the developer…fingers crossed they get back to me. Thank you again!
