Event Registration Form

Our work hosts many special events for our clients through out the year and no fee. What I want to do is to create an event and add a registration button that then in turn transforms into on the same page or go to a different page that has a registration form. (Want to be able to edit registration form) Once they register, I want one of our admins be able to approve or disapprove whom register and either send approve/dissapproved email messages. Is there anything like that with this plugin. Or is there any other plugins you can suggest?
