How to display parent and children categories separately

  • Hi everybody.
    I’d like to display the categories of my blogs in this way (it’s just an example):

    Category
    Sea
    Mountain
    Beach
    Countryside

    Cities
    Milan
    Rome
    Florence

    So: under “Category” there are certain categories; under “Cities” (which is a parent category) only its children categories. But in that exact way. It means that they are two different blocks of categories.

    Is there a plugin? A widget? Something else.
