last update cart page and checkout page

hello! i have a chekout page where i get the cart and the checkout together :
[ woocommerce_cart ]
[ woocommerce_checkout ]and another separate page that is the cart.
when empty cart in the checkout page is still staying at the checkout and is not going to the cart page .
in the previous version it worked perfectly , not now ??
you can leave as in the previous version ?
