    Hi, we’re getting an error on every website on our hosting account. According to your own website this is because Mailchimp has blacklisted our IP address.

    We don’t spam or abuse email so i’m not sure why it’s happening but before I go shouting at our hosts I wondered if you could offer any advice as to why this might happen?

    Hello,

    if you are on a shared hosting account (which means on the same server there would be thousands of other websites) if any one website does spam, the server IP is blocked. This would affect every single website hosted on that server.
