Charge the same price in both US and CDN funds

We are developing a site that sells to both Canada and the US. My client would like to display one price for both the US and Canada and charge that amount in the countries native currency, depending on whether the product is being shipped to US or Canada.

So, if the buyer is in the US, we want to charge $USD and if the buyer is in Canada, we want to charge $CDN.
