Entries Approval???

We wanted to know if this is possible at this time… We have created a registration form using Caldera Form. When someone registers, they will show up under entries under the form. We wanted to know if there is an additional feature or plugin that lets us be able to so call “Approve” or “Disapprove” the entry (like a booking form / application) and be able to send them an automatic message saying they have been approved or disapproved and here is your information.
Is there anything like that or we could hook up with this to make it work?
