Drop-down menu not working

Hello,

We built this site for our client: testsite.oahp.org and we were contacted that the dropdown menu stopped working. I have tested the issue and found that the menu works if there are no subpages.. but once subpages are added to a menu item then the dropdown no longer works and the parent page also does not work on the menu. Can you please assist?
