• I am using uncanny learndash toolkit plugin to replace the login screen. While testing the login screen I found that error messages or logout messages are not being cleared after each login attempt.

Scenario 1: I entered wrong credentials and system displays “Woops! Invalid username and/or password.” message on top of login form. When I login again with correct credentials system displays following message.
Woops! Invalid username and/or password.(This message isn’t being reset post login)
    Hello,
duncan6009 You are already logged in
    Logout

Scenario 2: When I logged out, system displays “You are logged out.” message on top of login form. When I login again system displays following message.
“You are logged out.(This message isn’t being reset post login)
    Hello,
XYZ You are already logged in”

Could you please fix this issue

    Hi yash139,

We have seen this issue on one other site, but in that case there was a conflicting plugin. I know it’s a lot of work, but are you able to disable all other plugins (except the Toolkit) and then try your scenarios again? If it works on a clean site with only the theme, LearnDash and Toolkit installed, definitely let us know. If it works with everything disabled, could you reenable plugins until the behaviour repeats and then let us know which plugin is causing it?We may not be able to fix it if it’s not a Toolkit issue, but we should at least be able to figure out why it’s happening.

I’m having the same problem and the plugin that it is conflicting with is memberium.

    Hi,

I disabled plugins one by one until “Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit” is the only active plugin and still I have the same problem. Please advice me how to proceed from here.

    Thanks

    Hi yash and gostudioweb,

gostudioweb, in your situation you should definitely disable our login module and use Memberium instead ([memb_loginform]). Ours is going to conflict with Memberium. Since theirs can’t be disabled, just use it.

yash, your report is more difficult to assess. We can’t reproduce it, and we did just try locally yesterday on both clean and populated sites. If you want to send access info via our website we can take a quick look, but if there is a theme or other conflict it wouldn’t fall within the scope of our free support.

    Hi,

I tried to use Toolkit’s Login/Logout redirect as a workaround so the user won’t see the message after successful login. But it looks like only logout redirect is working properly and user(non-admin account) is not being redirected after successful login.

Url after providing empty login credentials:
    https://oursite/login/?login=empty
Url post successful login:(This page displays both ‘Woops! Username and/or Password is empty.’ and successful login message and not redirecting even after enabling the option)
    https://oursite/login/?login=empty

Let me know what kind of access details you need to look into this issue.
PS: We are using Buddy Boss Social Learner for LearnDash theme

    Hi yash,

Temporary admin access to a development or staging site would be most helpful. You can send it using any of the contact forms on our website.
