Visual editor blank for 1 user in Chrome/Firefox

  • Hello all,

    i need some help with an issue, the visual editor is blank on posts for at least 1 user who has administrator rights. when he selects the tab text he can see the text, but not in visual. i created a new user for him but still the visual editor is not visable.

    He cleared his browser but no such luck, on Chrome or Firefox, it is how ever working in Internet Explorer.

    anyone know what this could be?

    Ask him to disable all extensions and add-ons for his browser.

    I have exactly the same problem. The visual editor does not show the text you have saved in the article.

    I am investigating if the problem is a Chrome extension. Because in incognito mode works normally.

    Using Firefox also works correctly.

    Yup… we’ve been seeing lots of issues lately with FF and Chrome extensions.
