Limit user to view only certain categories

Hey guys, I was wondering if there is a way to limit specific users to only be able to view specific categories. I am trying to use WordPress to create a sort of client review area for myself, where I can give people a URL, they would have to sign in, and they would only see posts based on what I allow them to see.

Does anybody know if there is a plugin like this that exists out there?
