• Hello, I have several sites but on one of them if I’m logged in and click on the Dashboard Home I get a empty page . Th only thing I see is the https://www…………..be/wp-admin/index.php

    How can I fix this?
The only thing I did , but can’t be sure if it has anything to do with it, is downgrading php from 7 to 5.5 because a plugin did not work with php 7 .

    Greetings,

    RR

  • Hi RonnieT,
As you said there are several sites … so if others are running but one is not, that means downgrading is not a problem.
But somewhere its the cause of problem. Reason might be, in the site that is running, there is a plugin which not support php 5.5
I think you stuck in reverse of your problem this time.
    Thanks

The weird thing is that I’m building a new site and I’m installing the same plugins in this new site that I use in the buggy site. And till now I did not got to the point that the new site has the same bug. If I encounter the plugin that is causing the issue I will post this here and report it to the plugins maker.

So I’m curious , suppose that the new site has no problem with all the same plugins what then? Installing the plugins again on the buggy site to see if that would solve the problem?

    regards

Before installing any plugin it is always recommended to check its WordPress compatibility and php version compatibility. If you have done this, you might at the safe side. But…
Now you please try to install the plugin one by one. This is the only way to find out the buggy one.
    Thanks
