P.S. Alternatively you can enable this feature in Booster for WooCommerce plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/), in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Products > Product Add to Cart > External Products > Open External Products on Add to Cart in New Window”.
