The popup is not open more even after I close the browser.

But it’s need when the visitor close the browser and come back to my site the popup will appear again.

You want to uncheck Session cookie. Those ignore timers by default, and recent browser updates such as Chrome allowing you to remember where you were when you last closed it means they are no longer properly flushing session cookies.

Hope that helps. But it is 100% possible, just suspect to browser qwerks.
