Consulting about Mega Menu

Please let me know if I should post this on a different forum.
I want to build a menu that is like a gate to the website. A mega menu, that includes a Blog Sub Menu. The blog sub menu will include 2 features posts and 2 recent posts including the featured image.
I checked Some mega menus WordPress options and they don’t seem to work well on smaller size screens? What do you think on the topic? Do you know of a good solution?
