If the stars you are referring to is on the input form then they have been removed. Only the dropdown box is now used for entering ratings.

    Hi Kevin,

its actually the stars that are displayed through the shortcode. I’ve attached a screenshot of the display that is working on version 4.2.3. When i update to latest version the stars in attached screenshot disappear.

    thanks.

Yes, stars are now missing from all displays including widgets. Adding a title did not make any difference.

I am not seeing the styles for the css start system loaded.
When I look at your header I am seeing some styles for testimonials loaded by a gz plugin. Please disable this plugin and see if that makes a difference.

Note that the styles for the css starts were moved over to the main stylesheet in the new version.

    Solved…

While I was unable to find the root cause to this issue, I was able to correct it by setting JCH Optimize Pro plugin to Exclude Testimonial Basics CSS files.

It still functions correctly in my staging site without any changes to the JCH Optimize Pro plugin, so I must have some corruption occurring on my production site.

    Thanks,

    Alan

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about???

Please provide specific information and I will be glad to try and help you.

Are you talking about the drop down rating system instead of the star rating system?

I am seeing stars in the testimonials that are displayed.

I am seeing a drop down selector for the form rating, which is as it should be.

Can you clear your browser cache?

    you’ll see the issue then!

    thanks!

I’ve checked Chrome, Firefox, IE, the stars are there.

Are the stars missing everywhere or just the input form.
