noticeboard for groups

  • i want to create a notice board for my site. but i need to post specific notics in specific groups . and i also need the noticeboard to look like these
    hootboard.com or 18blocks.com . also willing to pay subscription or buying plugins . is there any services or plugin available . i searched but couldn’t find it .
