Contact form not working on some websites.

Hi Scott,

I’m having an issue with the contact form on SOME of my sites. On some it works fine, others the page just goes blank after submitting or gives this error:

ERROR: Please return to the contact form and fill out all required fields. Please make sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser.

The dev tools console shows this problem with WP-Spamshield on these sites which aren’t working (appears highlighted red):

*GET https://www.[domain]/wp-content/plugins/wp-spamshield/js/jscripts.php*

Other problem shown are:

*GET https://www.[domain]/wp-content/uploads/otwbm/skins/custom.css 404 (Not Found)*

*Failed to parse SourceMap: https://www.[domain]/wp-content/plugins/giweather/extras/mod_giweather/tmpl/js/hammer.min.map*

Looked at your trouble shooting and tried navigating to https://www.[domain]/wp-content/plugins/wp-spamshield/js/jscripts.php. Get a Not Found message.

However I’ve checked for the file and it is definitely there. I’ve changed one of the websites which is not working to try to have the exact same setup as one which is working but no luck.

I’ve submitted a (broken) contact form with the logging on so should be able to show you that. Please could you advise on what to do now?
