I suppose problem came when I made the update of the last version Woocommerce 2.6.2. I delete plugin (“weight and country” and I install again). Now it’s “Shipping Pro (BASIC)” which appears on shipping page, before it was “Weight and Countr”y wich appeared.

Hi aboutparagliding,

Unfortunately, in zone list of WC 2.6 our shipping method will not occur. Because if we add it there then for multiple zones users have to enter all the settings separately for each zone. And that a bit complex for users. So instead of adding that we have kept the master settings. But by creating shipping matrix you can fetch those rates to front-end. Please let us know whether you are having any issue on that.

And we can’t go into your back office, those services is only for premium versions.

I found the problem. After update Woocommerce, I activate choose “shipping Zone”. I desactived and it’s OK now. Thanks
