    Thank you, but the main question I had was related to why the dragging features were removed from the plugin? My client loved those features and are now not happy they are gone. Was there a reason for the removal?

    Go to https://fwwf.thinkenvision.com/, I restored the previous version I had installed. I can drag and drop the messenger icon, and close it by dragging it to the X at the bottom of the screen. I can no longer do that with the upgrade plugin.
