File structure for a simple 4 page website.

Could someone please tell me what file structure would look like (where pages should be located)? This will not be a blog. For example there is a home/front page, about us page, our team page, contact page.

I have only made a single page website in WordPress before. Is it possible to make pages NOT through admin panel, but make them in wordpress directory locally like header.php and so on? If it is, how and will they still appear in admin panel pages list and will be editable there?
