Field not submitted

I got a Dynamic field in my form, which is filled via the get attribute:
[dynamictext interesse “CF7_GET key=’interesse'”]

In the mail i use the shortcode to display the content:
[interesse]

But there is no output in the mail. The line is empty.

I use Bootstrap for Contact Form 7 and Contact Form 7 Honeypot along with Contact Form 7.

I would be very happy if anyone can give me a little hint.
